Business is Business...

... is what I'm trying to tell myself. I'm going to have to pretty much fire somebody tomorrow morning. I have never done that before and I'm dreading it to the point that I'm hoping that I could not go to work at all tomorrow! That is not an option unfortunately and I'll just have to go through with it. It's the only right decision for the company but it's absolutely awful to have to upset somebody in the process. I'm hoping she knows it's coming and it will therefore not rock her world too badly but something tells me that my wishes are probably not going to come through.
